Rates 1 night - R 4600 / night 1 to 2 nights stay – R 4 200.00 per night 3 to 5 nights stay – R 4 200.00 per night less 10% discount on final account 5 nights stay or more – R 4 200.00 per night less 20% discount on final account

Deposit
Require 50% deposit within 7 days to confirm booking.

Key Deposit
No key deposit is charge.   
You will be supplied by the rental agency with a once off security code for a key deposit box which will hold your key for their stay.
You will only be supplied with 1 key and 1 remote for the weekend and therefore request that all quest make arrangements amongst themselves to deposit the key into the key deposit box as and when they are moving around in the village during their stay.
When leaving the house at the end of the stay we kindly request that the alarm be switched “ON” and key be deposited back into the key deposit box.
Should the key not be back in the deposit box after the stay, it would be replace at a cost of R 300 for which amount you will be held accountable.

Cancellation policy  
10% handling fee charged if cancelled.
If cancelled within 1 month of the booking: 50% handling fee.   
No refund if cancelled within 1 week of occupation.

Cleaning services
An additional charge. (Can be arranged beforehand but paid directly to cleaners)
